10 Mile Walk
- Start Time: 8:00 AM
- Details:
- Certified route along rolling scenic roads through semi-urban and rural Barnhartvale. Route available on Strava.
- Event is timed but there are no medals.
- Water on course (bring your own cup/bottle and be prepared to stop to fill your cup/bottle).

10 Mile Race

- Details:
- Race #7 of the Interior Running Association’s (IRA) Road Race Series.
- Certified route along rolling scenic roads through semi-urban and rural Barnhartvale. Route available on Strava
- IRA Road Race Series Points, Prizes, and Draws.
- Age Category Medals for Top 3 Male, Female, and Non-Binary.
- Water on course (bring your own cup/bottle and be prepared to stop to fill your cup/bottle).
- Entry is conditional of participants being 16 years old by 31 December 2026, as per Athletics Canada and BC Athletics regulations

- Details:
- Route along roads through semi-urban Barnhartvale. Route available on Strava.
- Age Category Medals for 19 years old and under Top 3 Male, Female, and Non-Binary
- Age Categories: 0-8, 9-12, 13-15, 16-19.
- 20+ can participate but race results are not recognized.
- 5 and under should be accompanies by a guardian who is also registered in the 3k.

Spectators
Spectators are free to enjoy the day and the school yard amenities. Bring your lawn chair/blanket and refreshments to sit on the field and watch the racers cross the finish line. Racers can purchase extra breakfast tickets with their registration but breakfast tickets will not be available for purchase on race day. If your racer has purchased you a breakfast ticket please bring your own plate and cutlery for breakfast.
