The Events Calendar includes KRR club runs, KRR social events and IRA races. Hovering the mouse pointer over an event will give a brief synopsis of the event. If you click on the event you will be provided with more detail that will often include a Google Maps guide to the event location. You can also add the event to your personal calendar (Google, Outlook, Apple) from here.
The Kamloops Ridge Runners host various weekly trail and road runs from various locations within the City. Regular runs occur Monday, Thursday (morning and evening), and Saturday. During the summer months, “road trips” are organized to take advantage of the many beautiful parks and trails that are within a short distance of Kamloops.
