We invite runners of all abilities to join the Kamloops Ridge Runners community for the 2026 season. Whether you enjoy road running, trail running, or both, there’s a place for you.

Weekly runs are posted on the Events Calendar. Normally there are scheduled runs for Monday evening (trail), Thursday morning (trail), Thursday evening (road) and Saturday morning (trail). Last minute updates and reminders will be posted on our Facebook page.
Fall 2024 KRR donated $1,200.00 to Myeloma Canada from the proceeds of Bob Trudeau Memorial Spring Run Off at the walk hosted by Bob’s wife Jennifer.
March 13 KRR proudly donated $500.00 to Kidsport BC.
Oct 31 KRR proudly donated $300.00 to the Nicholas Zhou Legacy Fund at BC Interior Community Foundation
The Kamloops Ridge Runners also host two races during the year, the Spring Run Off and the Blackwell Dairy Run. Please follow the links below for more details on these events.
